Mental health support. Here when you need it

Mental health matters

Every week, one in six of us will experience a mental health problem1. But many of us suffer in silence.

Just like our physical health, struggles with mental health are nothing to be ashamed of. And ignoring symptoms – in the hope they’ll go away – could make things worse. Our psychologists are at the top of their field and are on hand to get you and your family feeling your best.

Here's how it works

Getting the right support

From a simple questionnaire, which is reviewed by a Smart Health GP, you’ll be referred to the person with the best skills and experience for your needs.

Feel at ease

With your booking confirmation, you’ll be sent a bio of your allocated psychologist – detailing their expertise and specialism – so you’ll already know something about the person you’ll be speaking to. You'll also be sent some relaxation exercises to help you prepare.

Your sessions

Your treatment will involve up to four sessions with a psychologist, each lasting around 50 minutes. Most people reach their goals in fewer sessions and the team of experts may also provide resources for you to use at your own leisure once these sessions are complete.

Let's talk

Booking an appointment is easy and you could be speaking to someone within days. You can request support 24/7 and book a consultation for 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
