With Smart Health, you have unlimited access to online, telephone and video GP appointments as well as a range of health and wellbeing services. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and at no additional cost, the services are also available to your partner and any children up to the age of 21.

24/7 GP Consultation - online or phone

Round-the-clock access to UK-registered GPs who are on hand to support you with medical concerns, prescriptions or specialist referral. Consultation slots are 30 minutes; longer than traditional face-to-face appointments.

Fitness plans and advice

Personalised 4 or 8-week programme designed by sport coaches and nutrition experts, whether you want to improve your overall health or want to lose weight.
